Who would then take that property back at a loss, but then get reimbursed by the government and then make a tidy profit off of it, using OUR tax dollars in order to do it! “Our Land: Collateral for the National Debt”

I consider Wayne Hage one of the most intelligent men I ever met. On our very first visit he was explaining the World Bank, the International Monetary fund and how the world bankers planned on collateralizing the world debt with land. Not just the U.S. national debt, but also the “WORLD” debt. A listener sent me a copy of a report of the FOURTH WORLD WILDERNESS CONGRESS, which was held in Denver in 1987.
Over 1500 people from sixty countries were told that wilderness lands were to protect the reindeer, the spotted owl and other endangered species. Ninety percent of the group consisted of conservationists, ecologists, government and United Nations bureaucrats. The other ten percent were world banking heavyweights, such as David Rockefeller of Chase Manhattan Bank, London banker Edmund de Rothschild and the Secretary of the U.S. Treasury, James Baker, who gave the keynote address.
George W. Hunt, an investment councilor, served as official host and sat in on all the meetings. It was George Hunt that wrote the report from which I have gleaned much of my information. NAIS CONCEIVED IN 1987 During the first three days, the group was told that the WILDERNESS CONGRESS was about beating the ozone deterioration and bringing the rain forests back.
The following days were closed to the public. With only the bankers in attendance, the topics discussed centered on the creation of a “WORLD CONSERVATION BANK” with collateral being derived from receipt of wilderness properties throughout the world. This bank would have central bank powers similar to the Federal Reserve. It would create currency and loans and engage in international discounting, counter-trade, barter and swap actions.
Rothschild personally conducted the monetary matters and the creation of this WORLD CONSERVATION BANK. This bank would refinance by swapping debt for assets. A country with a huge national debt would receive money to pay off the debt by swapping the debt for wilderness lands. The plan was to swap one trillion dollars of Third World Debt into this new bank.In the long term, when the countries won’t be able to pay off the loans, governments from around the world will give title to their wilderness lands to the bankers.
WHY A BROKE GOVERNMENT KEEPS BUYING LAND FROM PRIVATE OWNERS?
George Hunt wrote: “Title to the lands will go to the World Wilderness Land Inventory Trust. This Trust will float into the World Conservation Bank by the unanimous decree of the world’s people, saying, God bless you for saving our reindeer. Those people at the congress were ignorant. They don’t suspect anything. They’re very naive. Not stupid, ignorant. I’m talking about the 90% that were not the world banking heavyweights.”
Hunt goes on to say that World Bank loans, as they stand now, are not collateralized. They’re saying, we want collateral, so when we loan-swap this debt, we’re going to own the Amazon if you default. They’re going to make their bad loans good by collateralizing them after the fact with all of this land and somebody is going to end up with title to twelve and half billion acres.They have multi-trillions of dollars upon which they can create currencies and loans and they’re going to begin to barter and counter-trade and loan-swap against the United States.
The World Conservation Bank is a scheme to monetize land. This will function as a world central bank and out of that bank there will grow a one-world fiat currency. This isn’t some scheme conjured up during the Bush and Clinton administrations. The United Nations World Commission on Environment and Development was created in 1982.
The commission published the “BRUNDTLAND REPORT,” setting the stage for unlimited enactments to take over ecology, and environmental and pollution laws throughout the world.The report stated: “We will have a proposal for very harsh, quasi-spiritual ecological laws for MOTHER EARTH. A MOTHER EARTH COMES FIRST mentality will arise throughout the world.”
DEBT COLLATERALIZATION IN THE HEARTLAND
When James Baker made his keynote speech in 1987, he stated that, “No longer will the World Bank carry this debt unsecured. The only assets we have to collateralize are federal lands and national parks.” Baker’s definition of federal lands includes Heritage sites, of which there are about 20 in the United States. I say “about” 20, because they are being added on a regular basis.
As I write this article, Congress is about to vote on a proposed Rim of the Valley National Park that would include over 500,000 acres of National Forest land and 170,000 parcels of private property including many farms and ranches. At the same time there is a bill before Congress called the Northern Rockies Ecosystem Protection Act that would increase the acreage of designated wilderness by 50% in the lower 48 states.
While our Heritage sites take in quite a large amount of territory, such as Yellowstone National Park and Mesa Verde, the Grand Canyon and the Everglades, other countries have much greater areas. Brazil for example has the Amazon Conservation Complex and Canada has the Canadian Rocky Mountain Parks.
As I write this story, the list includes 851 properties in 141 countries, comprising over one third of the earth’s land mass. Will all this land collateralize the world’s debt? Probably not, so along comes NAIS (the National Animal Identification System).
WHO MAKES THE RULES—WHO ENFORCES?
According to the United States Department of Agriculture, “The first step in implementing a national animal identification system (NAIS) is identifying and registering premises that are associated with the animal agriculture industry. In terms of the NAIS, a premise is any geographically unique location in which agricultural animals are raised, held, or boarded. Under this definition, farms, ranches, feed-yards, auction barns and livestock exhibitions and fair sites are all examples of premises.”
That may be the definition some government bureaucrat will give you, but the word “premises” under the “international Criminal Court Act 2002- Sect 4, states: The word “premises” includes a place and a “conveyance.” Why check with the International Criminal Court Act? Because on June 8, 2007, Under-Secretary of Agriculture Bruce Knight, speaking at the World Pork Expo in Des Moines, Iowa, is quoted as saying, “We have to live by the same international rules we’re expecting other people to do.”
Throughout the entire Draft National Animal Identification System Users Guide, land is referred to as a premises and not property. A “Premises” has no protection under the Constitution of the United States, while property always has the exclusive rights of the owner tied to it. The Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments of the Constitution protect property rights.
WHAT IS A PREMISE—WHY WAS PREMISE USED INSTEAD OF PROPERTY?
The word “Premise” is a synonym for the word tenement. A definition of the word tenement in law is: Property, such as land, held by one person “leasing” it to another. Webster’s New World Dictionary 1960 College Edition defines “Premises” as the part of a deed or “lease” that states its reason, the parties involved and the property in “conveyance.” Webster then defines “conveyance” as the transfer of ownership of real property from one person to another.
It is quite obvious that the bureaucrats in Washington had a very good reason to use the term “premises” and never mention “PROPERTY.” Let’s take another look at the wilderness areas and the World Bank’s plans to collateralize its loans. While the wilderness areas cover about one third of the earth’s surface, they are wilderness areas for a good reason – they were useless or difficult to homestead, farm or use in a constructive manner.
Worldwide, the best and more valuable land is occupied by farmers, ranchers and people with the ambition to produce. Wouldn’t the World Bankers rather have some productive property besides mountains, deserts and swamps? I am convinced that the word “premise” will put an encumbrance on your deed. The bankers say they want to monetize land. It’s your land and my land they want to monetize.
WHAT IS THE HISTORICAL METHOD?
The bankers are in the process of accumulating the wealth of the world. Very few privately owned assets can be termed “real wealth.” According to scripture, God made Abraham very wealthy, giving him LAND, CATTLE, silver and gold. (Genesis 24:35) Four thousand years later, wealth continues to be LAND, CATTLE, silver and gold. I don’t know where the world deposits of silver and gold are stored, but I’m sure the bankers have them in their control. That only leaves LAND and CATTLE, which I believe could be next on the list.
Genesis 47 describes how Joseph had storehouses full of grain to feed the people, but he didn’t have a welfare program.
During the first year of the famine, Joseph took “ALL THE MONEY” the people had for only one year’s supply of grain.
The second year he took all their cattle for another year’s supply of grain.
The next year they said, “We have nothing left but our bodies and our land, Buy us and our land in exchange for food and we and our land will be servants to Pharaoh.“
Genesis 47:21 states, “And as for the people, he removed them to the cities and made slaves of them.”
NAIS–OF LAND FEDERALIZATION
James Madison made a statement concerning how our people could lose our freedom by gradual and silent encroachment by those in power. Is it possible that those in power today are gradually and silently in the process of removing the people to the cities to make slaves of them? Federalizing our land and our cattle would certainly be a step in that direction.

IMO–Katrina was the beginning of the US depopulation that was in our faces, just as the lack of response to secure our borders from invasion.

All of this equals taking away private ownership and our ownership rights. The modified loans from a source I read a while back refers to the owners as “Tenants”, no longer does the writing state we own the property aka “Premises” as long as we pay for it, but we never own it….and are allowed to live there at THEIR disgression which they retain the right to expell us at anytime, for any reason.

Fleischer, Davis: ‘Anti-Semitic’ Thomas Should Be Fired
Two former White House spokesmen say it’s time for Hearst reporter Helen Thomas to be fired — or at least have her White House press credentials revoked — after she told a rabbi that Israelis should “get the hell out of Palestine.”
Ari Fleischer, President George W. Bush’s press secretary, led the call in an e-mail Friday to the Huffington Post saying Thomas’ comments amount to “religious cleansing.”
“She should lose her job over this,” Fleischer reportedly wrote. “As someone who is Jewish, and as someone who worked with her and used to like her, I find this appalling.”
Lanny Davis, former special counsel to and White House spokesman for President Bill Clinton, issued a statement on Sunday saying Thomas, who he used to consider a close friend, “has showed herself to be an anti-Semitic bigot.”
“Her statement that Jews in Israel should leave Israel and go back to Poland or Germany is an ancient and well-known anti-Semitic stereotype of the Alien Jew not belonging in the ‘land of Israel’ — one that began 2,600 years with the first tragic and violent diaspora of the Jews at the hands of the Romans,” said Davis.
Fleischer and Davis also suggested a double standard for Thomas, the 89-year-old White House Press Corps dean who has covered every president since Dwight Eisenhower.
“If she had asked all blacks to go back to Africa, what would White House Correspondents Association position be as to whether she deserved White House press room credentials — much less a privileged honorary seat?” Davis asked, adding that those who say Thomas is protected by her right to free speech would likely be less tolerant if she were talking about other minority groups.
“She is advocating religious cleansing. How can Hearst stand by her? If a journalist, or a columnist, said the same thing about blacks or Hispanics, they would already have lost their jobs,” Fleischer told the Huffington Post.
At a Jewish Heritage Month celebration at the White House last week Thomas, who is of Lebanese descent, said the Palestinian people “are occupied and it’s their land” and that Israelis should “go home” to Poland, Germany, America “and everywhere else.”
Thomas has a long history of anti-Israel rhetoric at White House press briefings. In 2006, Thomas posed a question to then-Press Secretary Tony Snow that suggested the United States supports “collective punishment for Lebanon and Palestine.”
Snow responded, “Well, thank you for the Hezbollah view.”
Last week at a briefing with Press Secretary Robert Gibbs that followed a flotilla raid by Israeli commandos, Thomas asked the question: “Our initial reaction to this flotilla massacre, deliberate massacre, an international crime, was pitiful. What do you mean you regret when something should be so strongly condemned? And if any other nation in the world had done it, we would have been up in arms. What is the sacrosanct, iron-clad relationship where a country that deliberately kills people and boycotts — and we aid and abet the boycott?”
In a written statement issued Friday, Thomas apologized for the comment to Rabbi David Nessenoff, saying, she deeply regretted her comments and they “do not reflect” her “heartfelt belief that peace will come to the Middle East only when all parties recognize the need for mutual respect and tolerance.”
“May that day come soon,” she added.
Thomas is paying for her remarks. Her speaking agency Nine Speakers, Inc., reportedly dropped Thomas on Sunday.
Davis suggested Thomas’ apology isn’t up to snuff.
“Her apology was not direct and didn’t address the merits of her belief in the stereotype that Jews are aliens in Israel and don’t belong there. She should be at the least suspended from all privileges in the White House press room since bigots don’t merit such privileges. And I believe Hearst should consider a similar suspension of her position as a nationally-syndicated columnist until she owns up to her bigotry and apologizes for it,” Davis said.
Israel was so intent on concealing the truth about its terrorist attack on the “Free Gaza” flotilla that it not only cut off all communications from the passengers but confiscated an estimated $3.5 million of their cameras, cell phones, computers, etc., which it refuses to return.
Yet, two invaluable video records of the attack exist. The first is a preliminary report by Al Jazeera TV up to the time two activists had been killed. After that, Israel evidently sabotaged its satellite transmissions.
The second is an hour-long record of the pre-dawn hours of May 31, just before the Israeli attack, by Korean-Brazilian film producer Iara Lee. Unlike all other passengers, she smuggled her video record (in her underwear) to the outside world. (The attack begins 33 minutes into the video.)

“The Encyclopedia Americana continues its explanation of the Noahide Laws, “Throughout the ages, scholars have viewed the Noahide Laws as a link between Judaism and Christianity, as universal norms of ethical conduct, as a basic concept of international law, or as a guarantee of fundamental human rights for all.” This explanation leaves one to believe that both Jews and Gentiles are bound by these seven laws; however, Don Bell reports from Jewish sources that the Jew who lives according to the Torah is exempt from these seven laws. In other words, these seven Noahide Laws were meant for the Gentiles only!! They are meant to be a substitute for the Ten Commandments. At this point, we need to briefly list these seven Noahide Laws.(Author Note: IMO–The push to remove the Ten Commandments from our government buildings ring a bell? It is because those laws are NOT for a Christian “Gentile” Nation, but reserved ONLY for the elitist minded sect.)
Thou shalt not engage in idol worship.
Thou shalt not blaspheme God.
Thou shalt not shed innocent blood of a human nor fetus nor ailing person who has a limited time to live.
Thou shalt not engage in bestial, incestuous, adulterous, or homosexual relations nor commit…rape.
Thou shalt not steal.
Thou shalt establish laws and courts of law to administer these laws, including the death penalty for those who kill, administered only if there is one testifying eyewitness (Note: The Jewish Law, found in Deuteronomy 17:6, requires the testimony of 2 or 3 witnesses before one can be executed. In fact, the last sentence of verse 6 specifically states, “…he shall not be put to death on the evidence of one witness”. This should be our first clue that these seven Noahide Laws are nothing more than a clever counterfeit of God’s Ten Commandments).
Thou shalt not be cruel to animals.
The penalty for violating any of these Noahide Laws is spelled out on page 1192 of the Encyclopedia Judaica, “… violation of any one of the seven laws subjects the Noahide to capital punishment by decapitation.” Wow, in other words, if one person steps forward to accuse a Gentile of violating any one of these seven laws, that testimony alone would be enough to decapitate the accused. A person could be put to death for the flimsy accusation of being cruel to animals, and based on the lying testimony of one person!! Notice, there is no assumption of innocence until proven guilty, nor of the prosecution having to prove their case. No, on the accusation of one person, the accused may be legally decapitated.
Now that I have your attention, let us examine further Public Law 102-14, which set the Noahide Laws as the basis for International Law, (read United Nations) to which all American law must conform. This public law singles out one Jewish group for special honor, saying that they embody the principles of these Noahide Laws. This group is the ultra-orthodox Lubavitch Movement, known for its strict adherence to the smallest detail of the Talmud. This group believes their head Rabbi, Menachem Scheerson, is the prophesied Messiah, and are anxiously waiting for him to publicly proclaim his office. This is such a small splinter religious group that very few Americans have ever heard of it; yet, the Congress and the President of the United States have declared in this law that this rabbi is “universally respected and revered” and that his Lubavitch movement has “fostered and promoted these seven Noahide Laws”. Don Bell again sheds much light upon this Lubavitch Movement, when he quotes Rabbi Louis Finkelstein, the head of the Jewish Theological Seminary of America in 1943, writing in the Universal Jewish Encyclopedia, “Pharisaism became Talmudism…the spirit of the ancient Pharisee survives unaltered. When the Jew studies the Talmud, he is actually repeating arguments used in the Palestinian academies.” In other words, the Talmudic Lubavitchers are reborn Pharisees. Our listeners should immediately be alerted by this revelation, because, on July 17, 1993, we studied the beliefs of the Pharisees and discovered that they were occutlic. Many Pharisees belonged to the Jewish occult group, the Cabal, Satanic through and through. We studied that the Jewish Cabal forms a most important foundational building block upon which the entire New World Order movement is based. Finally, we showed how these Pharisees could hate Jesus Christ so vehemently, even in the face of His tremendous miracles. We understood how Jesus possessed such hatred of the teachings and the hypocrisy of the Pharisees. Once we understand that the Pharisee of Jesus’ day was involved in a Satanic secret society, we can understand how they could hate him so much.
Then, on July 24, we studied how these Pharisees originated the Unpardonable Sin. They viewed the many supernatural miracles of Jesus and believed that He was able to accomplish these miracles because He was an Adept in the Egyptian Mysteries. He could, therefore, access the power of the occult. Jesus warned them not to ascribe His power to Satan, but they continued to do so, thus committing the Unpardonable Sin. To this day, secret societies continue to teach their members that Jesus could do His many miracles because He was an Adept in the occult.
The Pharisees also succeeded in killing Jesus Christ on the basis that He blasphemed God, which is Noahide Law # 2. Remember Jesus’ words, in Matthew 10:24-25, that the disciples of the Master will be treated in just the same way as the Master has been treated. I wonder if this Scripture has any bearing upon this current situation? Public Law 102-14 sets the foundation for American and United Nations Law to be established in such a way as to uphold these Seven Noahide Laws. These seven laws are a counterfeit of the Ten Commandments, and are promoted by the Neo-Pharisee occult group, the Lubavitchers. Don Bell further states that the Lubavitchers are a “Mystic” group, thus signifying that they teach the Cabal as well as the Talmud. This revelation ties them directly into the secret societies of today which are powering the drive into the New World Order, i.e., the Illuminati, the Freemasons, and the Bilderberger Group, just to name a few. Jesus reveals, in Revelation 20:4, that Christians in the Great Tribulation will be beheaded, i.e., decapitated, precisely the method proscribed by the Talmud. This is just one more instance in which the stage is apparently being set for the precise fulfillment of Biblical prophecy.”

Dangers of Identity Politics
Truman was a product of Kansas City’s Pendergast political machine. After the National Crime Syndicate was formed at a 1929 meeting in Atlantic City, that machine evolved into a key node in the node-and-network system of organized crime. What role does identity politics play in the decision-making of the nation’s first African-American president? The Mystery religion of Babylon and their gods precedes the cult gods of Egypt. Before the “stone idols” worshiped in Egypt were called Obelisks, they were called Benben stones of the Babylonians.
I find it interesting that in 1880, that an Obelisk from On/Helipolis was relocated to Central Park, NY USA and that we share its companion stone (aka Cleopatra’s Needles) relocated to Victoria Embankment, London England in 1878, along with numerous other obelisks from this same ancient desert city with Rome.

The most blatant symbols of Freemasonry’s obsession with Egypt are not hidden in its temples. They stand on public view in the centre of London, Paris, New York, and Washington. How they came to be erected shows both the immense power of Freemasons in the nineteenth century and their love affair with the most evocative symbol of all Egyptian religion: the obelisk.
Why the obelisk? To early Egyptians it was the shape sacred to the Sun God Re or Ra; the creator of humanity, the source of all heat and light, the being on whom man was totally dependent. By the fifth dynasty Re had become so popular he was elevated to the role of state deity. His main centre of worship was On-Heliopolis where the first kings erected primitive obelisks, rough-hewn and truncated, but tipped off by the pyramidion shape which distinguishes obelisks from other monumental columns. These prototype obelisks were known as ‘benben’ stone.
The spirit of the Sun-God was supposed to enter the stones at certain periods, and on these occasions human sacrifices were offered to it. The victims were probably prisoners of war who had been captured alive, and foreigners, and when these failed, the priests must have drawn upon the native population.
At On-Heliopolis king after king erected benbens in Re’s honour, so that by 1300 B.C. the city was full of obelisks; some decorated with gold to resemble the sun’s rays, others with inscriptions glorifying Re’s daily passage through the skies, or hailing earthly occasions such as victories, feasts and jubilees.
The pharoahs of later dynasties switched their obelisk erecting affections to Osiris; God of the earth, vegetation and the Nile flood that gave life to all Egypt; God of rebirth; God also of the Underworld, the Last Judgement and Life and Death. As this cult became ever more popular, the priests at Heliopolis shrewdly grafted it on to Re-worshiping by claiming Osirus was Re’s grandson. This ensured that Heliopolis remained the greatest religious centre in Egypt and the entire Mediterranean region. Even the Roman author Pliny knew of this city where kings ‘entered into a kind of rivalry in forming elongated blocks of stone, known as obelisks, and consecrated them to the divinity of the Sun.
The Egyptians found Osirus particularly attractive because of the bittersweet myth of his life, death and reincarnation. This has been told many times in many ways, but Masonic historians have tended to agree on a version that satisfies their ritual needs.
Osirus (See UN logo) was a King of Egypt who married his sister Isis. His brother, Set, wished to usurp the throne and so plotted his death. He tricked Osirus into climbing in a golden chest. As soon as he was inside, Set nailed down the lid and flung the chest into the Nile. It was carried off to Byblos in Syria where it came to rest against a small tamarisk or acacia tree, with the dead Osirus still inside.
Isis found out what Set had done to Osiris, so she set off to find her husband. A vision led her to Byblos, where she recovered his body and took it back to Egypt. Alas! Set stole it and tore it into fourteen pieces, which he scattered through Egypt to prevent Osiris coming to life again.
Isis recovered all but one of the pieces and gave Osiris a fit burial. Their son, Horus, avenged him by slaying Set. Another son, Anubis, resurrected Osiris with the lion grip. Having triumphed over the grave, Osiris now reigns as King and Judge of the so-called dead.
The piece of Osiris which Isis never recovered was the penis, which Set had cruelly thrown into the Nile, where it was eaten by fish. Ever-resourceful, Isis ‘manufactured an artificial organ around which the Egyptians established a cult and festival’. From this it is a small step to the conclusion that the benben or obelisk was itself a phallic symbol. Where of Osiris, Re or of fertility in general, it was a symbol of fatherhood: ‘the rock that begot’.
To Freemasons groping for mystic enlightenment in the 1800s the obelisk was the only architectural symbol of Osiris still in existence. And if, as some Masonic historians claim, Hiram Abiff is really Osiris reborn,, there could be no greater proof of Masonic ascendency in the modern world than Egyptian obelisks thrust by Masons into the heart of the West’s greatest cities. These would also symbolize Boaz and Jachin, the twin pillars which Masons claim were built in front of Soloman’s Temple, in ‘imitation of two obelisks at the entrance of Egyptian temples’.
These are mentioned even in the Book of the Dead, the texts which every well-heeled Ancient Egyptian had placed in his tomb to make sure he was resurrected in the Kingdom of Osiris: ‘Two pillars at the gateway to his house were Set and Horus.’

In reality, the Khazar kings always had at least partial Turkic ancestry, even the dynasty of beks
Aaron and Joseph. The Lithuanian and Crimean Karaims are clearly the descendants of
Middle-Eastern Karaites from Byzantium and Persia. Arguments against their Khazar origin
are contained in my book The Jews of Khazaria on pages 298 and 299. We know now that
the Khazars were Rabbinical Jews, while the Karaite sect vigorously opposes Rabbinical Judaism.
A connection is not supportable between (1) Middle-Eastern Hebrews who adopted the Turkic
language and were native to Jewish beliefs and (2) Khazars whose native language was Turkic
and whom adopted Judaism later on. The two situations are vastly different, and the dialect of
Turkic that the Karaims spoke is not identical to the Khazarian language.The Khazar conversion
occurred in the 9th century, not the 8th century, and apparently followed rather than preceeded
the joint Byzantine-Khazar construction of the great fortress Sarkel. Constantine Zuckerman, of
the College of France, wrote an article published in Revue des études byzantines (volume 53,
1995, pages 237-270) in which he convincingly argued that the conversion did not occur around
the neighborhood of the year 740, but rather around 861. (But the Moses coin discovery now
allows us to date the conversion to the year 838 – which is still a few years after Sarkel was
built.) Thus the friendly Khazar-Byzantine relations all came before the Khazars became Jewish!
To quote the French newspaper Le Monde:
“For Zuckerman, it is only in 861, that is to say just one century before the destruction of the Khazar kingdom, that Judaism would have become the official religion while the links with the [former] Byzantine ally slackened. ”This friendship was transformed into an immense hatred,” says he, ”entirely due to the religious choice of the Khazars. Who would dare to suggest that religion can be distinguished from policy?””
