When one special interest gains power over another through unjust policy, those that are on the receiving end of these injustices become angry and discontent at the unfairness. There is no justice in racial discrimination or racial preference in America. Our nation has gone beyond those times and now, it is time to do away with the injustice being committed on white in America.
Racism is ugly and is not reserved only for Whites, but people of all colors that deem their race more deserving or superior to another. Equality for all will never be gained nor accepted by unjust political agendas or laws.
It is time to shred Bigoted programs such as Affirmative Action and let those that really want to better themselves, EARN it based on their OWN MERIT, not handed down to them as some entitlement or for crimes against their race that is not an issue in today’s America and one that today’s whites had nothing to do with. Most whites in America were themselves descended from slavery or servitude so the slavery argument has always been a LAME weapon used against us—
We Whites REJECT the RACE CARD and say merely, Shut the HELL up with that talk!! You want that executive job, or to better yourself in the job chain, then hit those books, go to college and EARN it, just like us poor white people have too.

The idea of affirmative action was foreshadowed as early as the Reconstruction Era, which followed the U.S. Civil War. When that conflict ended, the former slave population throughout the South owned virtually nothing and had only a limited set of skills with which they could make a living. To help these newly emancipated citizens sustain a minimal economic base, the victorious General William T. Sherman proposed to divide up the land and goods from the sizable plantations of southeastern Georgia that were under his command and grant to each family of color “40 acres and a mule.”
The proposal ran into powerful political opposition, however, and it was never widely adopted. Nearly a century later, this idea of assisting whole classes of individuals to gain access to the goods of U.S. life reemerged in U.S. law and society through a series of court decisions and political initiatives interpreting the Civil Rights guarantees within the equal protection clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.
